The offered price of xxxx eur does not include general construction, sewage and fire protection works. The offer is made on the assumption that the room of the boiler house is prepared and there is enough space for the equipment. That there are pipe ends for domestic and heating water in the boiler room (collectors for heating circuits and domestic water), a water measuring unit, a drain ladder and an electrical panel (with 2 free circuit breakers 1 × 16 A). That there is a suitable chimney (guaranteed negative pressure of 20 Pa) and a fresh air opening (min 15 cm² for 90 kW).
