The offer is made on the assumption that the space of the boiler house and the base of the outer part (foundation or load-bearing wall) are prepared and there is enough space for the equipment. That there are domestic and heating water pipe ends in the boiler room (collectors for heating circuits and domestic water), a water metering unit, a drain ladder and an electrical switchboard (with a functioning earth and free protection devices).
