The offered price of xxxxxx eur does not include general construction, sewage and fire protection works. The offer is made on the assumption that the room of the boiler house is prepared and there is enough space for the equipment. That the boiler room has domestic and heating water pipe ends (collectors for heating circuits and domestic water), a water measuring unit, a drain staircase and an electrical panel (with free circuit breakers). That there is a suitable chimney (guaranteed negative pressure of 20 Pa) and a fresh air opening (min 36 cm² for 210 kW).
