Tech EU-21 BUFOR storage tank pump controller

Switches the storage tank charge pump on when the upper setpoint temperature of the tank has dropped and the pump off when the lower setpoint temperature has risen (tank heated up).

It is possible to use a burner, boiler, heat pump, etc. to manage.
